Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed with 1- 21 business days depending on order frequency. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All shipping is done with Canada Post.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
KSLAM ships to addresses with APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
KSLAM is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
KSLAM is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently ship worldwide. All orders will be processed & shipped with your local postal service. For more information contact email@example.com.
Sent Back Orders
If an order is sent back because it is not picked up or received by the customer, the customer is responsible for any shipping costs for the item to be reshipped to you. If the customer does not want it to be reshipped, they forfeit the price of the order as everything is final sale.
Unfortunately, returns can not be made in any circumstance as all items are made to fit and/or custom. All sales are final. No cancellations. Exchanges can be made in certain cases. Refer to exchanges below.

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges may be made in specific cases; in the case you would like to exchange a product send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs in all cases. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If an item is sent back due to not being received by the customer, the customer is responsible for paying the cost of shipping for the item to be sent again.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
